This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, local storage, and protection of infant and family telemetry within the Nuvy Baby Tracker mobile application, operated by House of 79. Engineered from inception for strict adherence to Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play Families Policy, COPPA, and GDPR.
Foundry Standard on Family Telemetry
House of 79 operates on an immutable principle: Infant telemetry and developmental health data belong exclusively to the child's parents or legal guardians. We do not operate an ad-supported business model, do not sell user data to data brokers or insurance providers, and do not track users across external applications or websites.
Information You Log Within the Application
When you utilize Nuvy Baby Tracker, you may log the following voluntary data fields:
- Infant Profile Metrics: Nickname or identifier, date of birth, gestational age, and optional pediatric baseline percentiles.
- Daily Activity Telemetry: Feeding timestamps and volumes (nursing durations, formula milliliters), sleep start/stop intervals, and diaper status.
- Developmental Milestones: Motor skill achievements, vocalizations, and parental observations.
- Diagnostic Metadata: Anonymous application crash logs strictly to maintain stability. No persistent hardware identifiers (IDFA or AAID) are harvested or linked.
Strict Protection of Minors
Nuvy is intended for direct use by parents, legal guardians, and authorized adult caregivers aged 18 and older. The application is never directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information from children. All infant telemetry entered into the application is administered solely under parental consent.
In compliance with 16 CFR Part 312 (COPPA Rule), House of 79 does not condition a child's participation on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary.
Local Silicon vs. Cloud Processing Disclosures
A fundamental pillar of Nuvy's architecture is local-first computation:
- On-Device Machine Learning: Predictive sleep wake window calculations execute locally on your smartphone processor using Apple CoreML and Android NNAPI frameworks.
- Zero Biometric Training: Your baby's private milestones or sleep patterns are NEVER transmitted to external centralized AI models for training or reinforcement learning.
- Optional Encrypted Relay: Caregiver synchronization utilizes end-to-end encryption. House of 79 servers act strictly as a blind relay and do not retain decrypted contents.
Zero Advertising, Zero Data Brokers
Nuvy does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, marketing trackers, or behavior profiling utilities. The only third-party infrastructure utilized consists of platform-standard subscription validation (Apple StoreKit & Google Play Billing).
Your Right to Erasure (App Store & GDPR Compliant)
Users hold absolute sovereignty over their data. You can delete your records at any time through the following verified methods:
Open Nuvy > Settings > Vault Security > tap “Erase All Data & Logs”. This immediately purges the local database.
Transmitting an erasure request to privacy@houseof79.com will permanently purge all associated relay account records within 72 hours.
